First, make sure that the bill acceptor is not full of cash. If the bill acceptor is empty, look at the red light at the back of the bill acceptor – this red light will tell you what is wrong with a flashing code – once you identified how many times the light is flashing, read the explanation at the back of the magazine – for example if the light flashes twice, it means there is a bill jam in the bill acceptor – look for the jam and remove it gently from the acceptor – Make sure to re-start the machine once this done in order to reset the bill acceptor. This will need to be replaced. Please take photos of the machine and send them to charlotte.mason@o8o.com. Photos of the machine should be of – each sides – from the all machine (legs to top). Are you using an extension cord to plug in the machine? If yes, your extension cord is probably not thick enough and is not giving enough power to the machine for entire ride. Solution 1: Try using a thicker extension cord. Solution 2: Plug the machine strait to the outlet. If this does not solve the problem, please give us a call at 813-402-0487 ext. 1.

Identify which light bulb needs to be changed – there are 3 lights in the machine – one behind the header and 2 behind the inside panel. References for the light bulbs are below: Header light: F14T5 Inside lights: F28T5/830 To change the header light bulb just remove the screws from one of the side of header panel – change the bulb and put the screws back on To change the light bulb on the cash door side, just open the cash door – you will have direct access to the light To change the light bulb on the left side of the machine, you will have to remove the inside panel or the left side panel – for that, remove the screws on the panel and slide the panel out – once you replaced the bulb, simply put the screws back the panel.

To change the header light bulb you will need to follow the steps below: 1. Remove the screws from one of the sides of header panel so that you can access the bulb. 2. Replace the current bulb with a new bulb (Header light bulb details: F14T5). 3. Secure the panel back onto the machine by tightening the screws back onto the panel.

This bulb will need to be replaced. This process is very easy to do and will require a new bulb. 1. Open the cash door. This will grant you direct access to the right sided bulb. 2. Replace the old bulb with a new bulb (Inside Panel Bulb Details: F28T5/830).

1. Make sure that the coins mech has been cleaned. There should no be dust on the lecture disks or in the mechanism. If there is, that would explain why the coin mech can not read the coins and rejects them. 2. If the coin mech is cleaned and is still not taking cash, there is probably a coin jam. 3. Open the top door fi­rst and investigate. Then open the lower door and look for coins here. Most likely you will have to pull the entire section out. Push in tab and rotate section out.
